Strawberry Jalapeno Jam:
This jam is made with fresh strawberries and a touch of a jalapeno pepper for a balanced flavor. The strawberry hits your taste buds first, then a small amount of heat and flavor from the pepper sets in.
Wonderful served over cream cheese with crackers!
Bread & Butter Pickles:
My pickles are made from cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, and bread and butter pickle seasoning. I do add pickle crisp, so I don’t have to use lime. These pickles are the perfect combination of sweet, briny, crunch, heat, and flavor.
Wonderful served over cream cheese with crackers!
***I also make a zesty variety of the pickles which adds a kick, courtesy of my homegrown peppers***
